Man Shot to Death in Southeast

D.C. police were called to the 400-block of 37th Street, SE for a reported shooting.
Once on scene, officers discovered 49-year-old James Randolph suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body.
Randolph was taken to the D.C. Medical Examiner's officer where he was pronounced dead.
The case is still under investigation.
