We both received the phones at the same time. So when I went to the Sprint store on Rockville Pike on 6/15/08 to findout if our plan was up, the gentleman behind the counter told us yes it was up.We then changed carriers because we were constantly getting dropped calls in the areas that my children live. Now I get this bill 3 days after my 30 day grace period is up with our new carrier.
I had been a sprint customer for 12 years and never once missed paying a bill.This is extremely frustrating. I had talked for 1.5 hours with various people that they transferred me to only to get the same message. That they appologize for the misinformation by their representative but I must pay the ETF.
