So another law to protect morons from themselves. If you sign a contract without knowing all the ramifications of what could happen, you deserve to be taken. Just like those morons who gambled with an adjustable rate mortage and when it exploded, went on TV crying that it wasn't fair. What isn't fair is using tax money to bail these morons out.

I would have struck a harder bargain to protect uncreditworthy borrowers from predatory payday loansharks. If you live from check to check you are oin the brink of insolvency and should be cutting expenses instead of borrowing money.
