Sex Offense Suspect Arrested After Return to Woman's Home

According to police, an officer was taking the woman's statement about 7:30 Wednesday evening when 31-year-old Javier Martinez returned to the residence at Windsor Garden Apartments on Key Parkway. Martinez was arrested at the scene. Police say Martinez had earlier followed the woman to her apartment, forced his way in the door, grabbed her and tried to force her to touch his exposed genitals. When she freed herself, police say he told her he would return between 7 and 8 p.m.
