OMG. I just watched the news and the brother of one of those idiots that got killed was actually saying it's about time the Police did something like this. He is as stupid as his brother. He doesn't have an issue with his brother going out there to watch this illegal activity at 0300 AM. He'd rather blame the Police for not doing enough to stop it. How about people taking personal responsibility for their stupid decisions? I will say that the driver who killed these people should be charged because he was driving on a suspended license. Both parties are wrong but I think the ultimate blame is on those who were out there watching this crap.

"There is a 100 percent perfect solution, and that is for racers and spectators to take their races to a legal venue."

Where, exactly?

I think it is a shame that the police have to be responsible for getting these fools off the street. It should not be a police job to get adults to act like they are human beings and show some responsibility and be role models. But no - they go out and act like the idiots they are - cause people who are also idiots to get killed and then vow to be back. I hope the police do catch them with a couple or more bullets.

It is a shame that folks have to die before something is done. Residents have been complainint for years about this...now that all these people are dead..it's an issue. Maryland is just as much of a joke as DC.
