Most members of a Centreville gym couldn't believe the locker thefts that have occurred there for the last six months were an inside job.
Fairfax County Police have charged five people in connection with the thefts at the Lifetime Fitness in Centreville. Twenty-one larcenies were reported between August 2007 and February 7th of this year.
Roma Gamarra, her husband Yony and their son Angel were a cleaning crew at the gym. Authorities say they used a stolen key that opened the master key box for every locker in the gym.

Rose and Yony have been charged with one felony count of embezzlement and one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen property. Angel has been charged with three counts of grand larceny and two felony counts of possession of burglarious tools.
Friends of the Gamarra's, two brothers Gianfranco and Italo Salcedo were also arrested and charged with having and trying to sell the stolen goods.
"It's pretty bad. We all have money on ourselves," said gym member Bram Goen. "We come from work and you would assume if a locker with a key on it - it would be fine."
Police are in the process of returning recovered property to known victims. They believe other club members were victimized but have not reported their losses.
Any additional victims are encouraged to call Fairfax County Police.
