Perhaps he will get some "jailhouse" justice. Most of the inmates don't like child abusers, sexually or otherwise. Hopefully he'll get what's coming to him.

it is stated the jerk has a history of violence, yet a psychiatrist says he's not violent and needs treatment outside of prison - so he's been "wracked" by illness since the age of 10 - I can't image what good ongoing treatment would do now, has he never had treatment before ? and if he has, why did that treatment not work, and how do the looney psychiatrists know what will work ? i don't see any mercy for the little victim, so defenseless and helpless; yet, all want mercy for the brutal jerk - boo hoo, cry me a river people. and what about the mother - don't even know what to think about a woman that would procreate with such a monster.

Since he lied twice to police about what happened, I would say that he knew the difference between right and wrong and the time of the crime. So he may be crazy but not legally insane. He needs to be microwaved.
