Virginia's attorney general and the ACLU are at odds over in-state tuition for children of illegal immigrants.

The American Civil Liberties Union has written a letter to state colleges disputing the attorney general's interpretation of state law. The attorney general says dependents generally can be classified as in-state only if their parents are legal Virginia residents. However, dependents of illegal immigrants can get in-state tuition if they prove they have established Virginia residency. The ACLU says children can't be penalized for their parents' actions. The organization says it will represent any child of undocumented residents in Virginia who is denied in-state tuition.

This is not fair to students who do not receive financial aid, but are legal citizens! I pay for myself to go to school, full-amount out of pocket! I do not think ACLU realizes the consequences of their actions, and what could possibly happen if they allow this! There are already racial wars going on between the masses!
