Woman Killed in Fatal Crash

A woman was killed in a head-on collision on Piscataway Road Wednesday afternoon in Clinton.
A Prince George's County Fire and EMS spokesperson described the victim as a female in her 30s. A child, described as about two years old, was flown to Children's Hospital in the District as a precaution. Fire officials say the child was restrained in a car seat.
The two-car crash happened around 1 p.m. in the 11600 block of Piscataway Road, near the intersection with Mary Catherine Drive.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a local hospital for a checkup.
