I know it is not earth shattering news or problems but it is just so sad when decent people can't have anything. There are too many jerks in this country today and I think we should ban jerks! People do you know where your children are???? Probably not but just happy they aren't in your face or disturbing you. Round up these jerks and send them to detention centers that have art classes - ha, ha! Ban spray paint - good idea, I make such a mess with it myself. But seriously I feel bad for the residents.

Perhaps they could force DC residents to register their cans of spray paint. Allowing possession of only cans that could only be filled with paint when it was needed, they could only paint one dot at a time, and force the residents to have a combination lock on the spray top to keep unauthorized painters from using the can.

It has been very effective for 32 years in controling handguns............right?

This lack of civility within DC's culture is visible as if it were a billboard advertising its lack of intellect and dysfunctional primitive antics.
