Waldorf Man Wanted For Violating Sex Offender Requirements

Crime Solvers seek a Waldorf man for violating requirements of the sex offender registry.
Thomas Evans Payne, 39, is wanted for failing to notify the registry of a change of address.
Anyone with information about Payne's whereabouts is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriff's Office at 301-932-2222 or Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.
Crime Solves is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to Payne's arrest. All callers remain anonymous.
