Security camera photos show a robber put on a very distinctive disguise, a police officer's uniform, before ripping off a Montgomery County (web|news) Bank.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m. Monday morning, the report of a robbery came in from the BB&T Bank in the 9000 block of Main Street in Damascus.

Police said the suspect went into the bank, approached a teller and demanded money. Although no weapon was seen, the robber implied he had a gun.

The teller gave the suspect the money and left the bank. No one was injured.

The robber is a black male, in his thirties, 6'3" to 6'5", heavy build and had a mustache. He was wearing a police uniform as well.

A cash reward is being offered. If you have information about the bank robbery, you can call 240-773-5100.
