VERIZON'S GOT A "BUNDLE" OF TROUBLE ON IT'S HANDS.
THE COMPANY'S "TRIPLE PLAY" OFFER OF FIOS TV, INTERNET AND PHONE SERVICE IS EXPERIENCING GROWING PAINS.
"7 ON YOUR SIDE'S" ROSS MCLAUGHLIN IS HEARING THE ANGRY CALLS.
Ron Bayes: "It's not worth my time."
KIM AND RON BAYES SAY NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.
Ron Bayes: "I've gotten a million different answers."
OR SUBSTITUTIONS.
Vanessa Dockery: "I did get a letter for a 50 dollar gift card but that's not what I applied for."
THEY JUST WANT THEIR TV.
Charles Martin: "I want the TV and I want them to completely fill the package."
AND FIX THEIR BILLS. BECAUSE THE BILLS ARE WRONG TOO.
TV Commercial: "It's all yours for only 109.99 a month."
VERIZON'S RESPONSE TO 7 ON YOUR SIDE, QUOTE: "First, let's set the record straight. If a customer qualifies for a TV set under our recent promotion, they'll get one."
BUT DEMAND WAS SO HIGH THEY COULDN'T KEEP UP...UNTIL NOW. VERIZON SAYS, "We stand behind the offer and are doing a number of things to speed up the process."
YEP.
Ross: "Can we see it?"
Kimberly Bayes: "Yes."
WITHIN DAYS... THE TVS ARE DELIVERED.
Kimberly Bayes: "Very happy. Thank you."
Ron Bayes: "7 On Your Side for sure."
Vanessa Dockery: "Here she is gentlemen. I am happy and I thank you so very much."
AND THE BILLS
Charles Martin: "I think that's nice."
THEY'VE BEEN FIXED TOO.
Charles Martin: "You get things done."
Ross McLaughlin:
ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WE TALKED WITH ARE VERY HAPPY WITH FiOS..THEY LIKE THE SPEED AND SAY THAT FIOS TV IS BETTER THAN CABLE. THEY JUST WANT VERIZON TO DO A BETTER JOB WITH ESTABLISHING THE NEW SERVICE AND GETTING THE BILLS RIGHT.
