The Metrobus driver accused of running over and killing two pedestrians will be charged with negligent homicide and involuntary manslaughter.
Victor Kolako appeared in court Friday where a judge ruled there was enough evidence to charge him with 2 counts of negligent homicide and 2 counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Kolako allegedly ran over the women while they were crossing Pennsylvania Avenue on Valentine's day.
Metro fired Kolako in March.
