An Ohio man has pleaded guilty to a charge of plotting terrorist bombings against Americans overseas.Christopher Paul entered the plea Tuesday in federal court in Columbus. The 44-year-old U.S. citizen faces 20 years in prison under an agreement with prosecutors. A statement of facts read in court by an FBI (web) agent says Paul fought in Afghanistan and Bosnia. The statement says that later in Ohio Paul began recruiting people to establish a holy war group in Columbus.

Paul didn't make a statement in court.
