Phillip Michael Harley, 21, was found shot to death Friday night in the 6300 block of Arwen Court in Prince George's County, according to police.

Police responded to the scene on Arwen Court at 10:50 p.m. for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Harley suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators say they are still working to develop suspect information and establish a motive.

Anyone with information should call Prince George's County Police at (310)-772-4925. There is a cash reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
