bio) says he will lift key trade sanctions and remove North Korea from the U.S. terrorism blacklist.
Obama calls the North Korean moves a step forward, but says critical questions remain unanswered. He says the U.S. should move quickly to re-impose sanctions if the North Koreans do not meet their obligations.
As his rival McCain put it, "My overall impression is that we should be very cautions."
