A Utah woman who received an oxygen generator in the mail got something extra in the package: two rat snakes. Unlimited Oxygen of Mooresville, Ind., said recent flooding probably flushed the snakes out of a barn near the company's warehouse.
The snakes took refuge in a package sent to Gaye Hurst, who at first thought they were hoses and part of the equipment.
Hurst, 55, said she ordered the oxygen generator for glass blowing.
State wildlife officers took custody of the snakes said they might send them back to Indiana.
