(Sports Network) - Two-time World Cup overall champion and double World Championships gold medalist Lindsey Vonn headlines the 2010 U.S. Alpine Ski Team.
Also on the roster are Olympic gold medalists Ted Ligety and Julia Mancuso.
Separate teams will be named for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
Vonn is coming off the most successful season in U.S. women's alpine skiing history. She successfully defended her World Cup overall and downhill championships and also won the super G title.
Ligety, who had a combined gold medal at the 2006 Olympics, picked up a bronze in the giant slalom at the recent World Championships. He highlights the men's "A' team.
Mancuso and Vonn are the lone participants on the women's 'A' team. Mancuso came through as the giant slalom champion at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
