A short time later a neighbor reported that a bleeding man had gone into a nearby apartment and that's where the arrest was made.
ABC 7 News has learned police also found a substantial amount of drugs, along with guns in the suspect's apartment. Officers also report finding drugs in another apartment on a lower level of the building.
Prince George's County police are still exploring whether the two drug discoveries were in any way linked.
The passenger in the stolen pickup, identified as Gerald Wright, was treated and released. He has not been charged with a crime.
