(Sports Network) - The Indiana Pacers introduced guard Brandon Rush and center Roy Hibbert on Tuesday, after both players agreed to contracts with the club. Hibbert was drafted 17th overall in June out of Georgetown by the Raptors, and came to the Pacers in the trade that sent Jermaine O'Neal to Toronto. Rush, a guard from Kansas, was picked 13th by Portland and then deal to the Pacers for Jerryd Bayless.

"We're very honored to have two individuals as talented as these young men to not only be good on the court but off the court to represent the franchise and the city well," Pacers general manager Larry Bird said. "I just feel very honored to have them here because we know they're going to add something to our team that we don't have."

ABC 7 News myTAKE - What's Your Opinion? Rush averaged 13.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game for national champion Jayhawks last season, and will join his brother, Kareem, on the Pacers roster. The 7-foot-2 Hibbert averaged 13.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game for the Hoyas.
