The Prince George's County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 41-year-old female who was last seen at an assisted living home on Collins Avenue.

On July 21, 2008, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Carolyn Denese Washington left her residence in the 1500 block of Collins Avenue to take her twice-daily walk and has not been seen or heard from since.

Washington is a black female; she is approximately 5'8" and weighs about 200 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, and a brown coat. Washington suffers from schizophrenia and is in need of medication.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Carolyn Washington is asked to call the Prince George's County Police Department's District III Station at (301) 772-4901.
