So the government doesn't have enough to do what with the economy, the war, and correcting the wrongs done to Iraqi detainees? It has time to interfere with a private citizen's business? Next thing you know, they'll restrict the ingredients in ice cream because it's fattening - or they'll ban McDonald's and Burger King from selling their products to anyone under 18. The American government is running amok, and no one - but NO one - can stop it until November. By then, I suspect the government will have done a lot more interfering in private citizens' life. I guess Americans aren't ready yet to listen to people like Edward Gibbon:

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. When the Athenians finally wanted not to give to society but for society to give to them, when the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free." - Edward Gibbon
