(Sports Network) - Temeka Johnson tallied 17 points, dished out six assists, and hit the game-winning shot at the buzzer to give the Phoenix Mercury a 107-105 victory over the Sacramento Monarchs at ARCO Arena.

Cappie Pondexter added 23 points and eight assists for the Mercury, who won their fourth straight game. Tangela Smith ended with 20 points and five boards for Phoenix, which improved to 10-4 on the season. Diana Taurasi and Lecoe Willingham finished with 14 and 13 points, respectively.

Nicole Powell scored 23 points and dished out four assists for the Monarchs, who have lost two in a row. DeMya Walker tallied 15 points and pulled down eight rebounds for Sacramento, which dropped to 3-10 on the year. Courtney Paris scored 16 points and grabbed seven boards off the bench in defeat.

Paris' hook shot with 1.8 seconds left tied the game at 105-105. After a Mercury timeout, Johnson took a pass from Pondexter and found the bottom of the net as time expired.
