(Sports Network) - Indiana Fever star Tamika Catchings was the top vote-getter in the balloting for the WNBA All-Star Game, while Alana Beard and Katie Douglas join her on the Eastern Conference squad for the July 25 game at Mohegan Sun Arena.

Catchings is averaging 13.7 points and 6.3 rebounds this season for the Fever, and she is joined in the starting lineup by teammate Douglas, Washington's Beard, and Chicago's Sylvia Fowles and Candice Dupree. The four players surrounding Catchings were voted as starters by the fans for the first time.

The Western Conference squad featured more mainstays, including a trio of Seattle Storm stars -- guard Sue Bird and forwards Swin Cash and Lauren Jackson. Los Angeles' Lisa Leslie and San Antonio's Becky Hammon round out the starting five.

San Antonio's Dan Hughes, the head man of the 2008 Western Conference champions, will coach the West, while Indiana's Lin Dunn will lead the East squad.
