(Sports Network) - Sue Bird poured in a game-high 20 points and scored her 3,000th career point to lead the Seattle Storm past the Sacramento Monarchs, 69-56, at ARCO Arena.

Tanisha Wright added 12 points and seven rebounds for the Storm, who snapped a two-game skid. Swin Cash ended with 10 points and six boards. Camille Little tallied nine points and nine rebounds for the victors.

Nicole Powell had a team-high 13 points for the Monarchs, who dropped their fourth straight contest. Crystal Kelly finished with 12 points off the bench. Courtney Paris tallied 10 points in defeat.

Seattle shot 47.5 percent from the floor, while Sacramento hit just 32.7 percent of its shots. The Storm scored 25 points in the fourth quarter, compared to only 12 for the Monarchs.
