Of all the celebrities recently arrested for DUI, I believe Nicole Richie is most likely to get herself together -- I hope so, at least. She's pregnant and has a reason to break the cycle she was in. Paris Hilton reached her own plea bargain, then treated the whole thing like she was above it all. Lyndsey Lohan, I don't even want to think about. She was stopped for a second DUI before even going to trial on the first. I feel like rehab for her is basically a shrewd move to stay out of jail. At least Nicole Richie reported to jail. I don't know what other requirements she has to meet, like alcohol awareness class or something like that. I believe she has the strongest reason to succeed -- a baby.

She served 82 minutes? Why even bother? Please, don't anyone try to tell me that celebrities are treated "just like everyone else," when it comes to the law...

the media should stop reporting this stuff. we have young people out here driving while intoxicated and receiving real punishments. only in hollywood...
