Baltimore Ravens cornerback Fabian Washington was suspended without pay for one game for violating the NFL's personal-conduct policy. The punishment stems from a domestic violence arrest in February involving his girlfriend. The 24-year-old Washington is allowed to participate in all pre-season practices and games until his suspension begins August 30th and ends after the Ravens' September 7 season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals at M&T Bank Stadium. Washington says he was wrong and made a mistake. Washington was arrested at his home in East Manatee County, Florida, following an altercation with his 21-year-old girlfriend.
