Man Injured in SE Fire Charged With Arson

Fire officials say a man who firefighters rescued from an apartment blaze in Southeast has been arrested and charged with arson.
Thirty-two-year-old Roderick Ridley was to be arraigned Wednesday. He was released from a hospital after being treated for injuries sustained in the fire.
Fire and EMS spokesman Alan Etter says the fire was reported about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 3900 block of D Street in the living room of a fourth-floor apartment.
