Warner to Announce His Political Plans Thursday

Monica Dixon, who heads Warner's political action committee, Forward Together, says the time and place for Warner's announcement have not been finalized.
Sources close to Warner say they expect he'll run for the Senate seat five-term Republican John Warner will vacate. The Warners aren't related.
But they also say Mark Warner finds it difficult to "close the door" on another four years in Richmond.
