Incumbents Top Baltimore City Election

Baltimore city council incumbents Nicholas D'Adamo, Robert Curran, Belinda Conaway, Agnes Welch, Jack Young and Mary Pat Clarke won Tuesday's Democratic primary.
In the 13th district, Warren Branch and Vernon Crider are about even with Branch garnering 1,278 votes to Crider's 1,227.
Newcomer Bill Henry has won the fourth district with 39 percent of the votes.
Several other incumbents are leading races in their districts.
In the first city council district, with 89 percent of precincts reporting, incumbent James Kraft is leading with 55 percent to Donald Dewar's 40 percent.
With 96 percent of precincts reporting, Sharon Middleton is leading in the sixth district with 53 percent to Liz Smith's 36 percent.
Incumbent Helen Holton is leading the eighth district race with 62 percent of the vote to David Smallwood's 22 percent, with 94 percent of precincts reporting.
With 95 percent of precincts reporting, incumbent Edward Reisinger is leading the tenth district race with 43 percent to Terry Hickey's 30 percent.
With 96 percent of precincts in the eleventh district reporting, William Cole is leading with 34 percent to Fred Mason's 22 percent.
