PEOPLE.. You got to remember that this young man was commiting a crime. He was a thug and I personally have no sympathy for a thug..sorry. ..my spin..he didn't care about anyone but himself and in all actuality he got his medicine.

He has a noteworthy criminal history according to his father - why all the bellyaching about someone who finds the kid in possession of their own property he has stolen?

Just because the gun seems to have disappeared doesn't mean he wasn't shooting at the cop. Plus for those who say how would ne know he was shooting at a plainclothed cop in a private car - the hoodlums always know who the cops are in their neighborhood - they are busy avoiding getting caught by them.

Yeah, it is sad the parents lost their child but I'm thinking this kid was well on his way to earning a lengthy visit to prison.

win .. many departments don't do gunshot residue tests anymore since the reliability and viability of the test are not in favor .. despiite what you might see on CSI .....all you have to do is take a rag .. wipe it ona person's hand that has fired a gun.. then swipe it on the kid's hand .. and you got a match ..as for the two different souyndss .. well .. as I'm starting to get kinda hinky oin this .. one cop shoots his service weapon and the other shoots his off-duty piece .. as for ladyc2312 .. Remenber folks the cops are the good guys here , not the armed burgular riding a stolen motorcycle. I bet this kiddie criminal would have robbed you or me without thinking.

If that police do nto get charge with murder and the other officer need to be cahrge with accessory to murder and leaving the crime and returning today!

I would still like to know why they haven't done the test on the hands of the kid to see if he fired a gun.
