posted 7:20 am Tue September 25, 2007 - Baltimore, MD.
Baltimore County's school system will start testing a free full-time online school this week. The Baltimore County Virtual Instruction Program, thought to be the first of its kind in Maryland, will provide certified teachers and lesson plans for home-schooled students.
