District of Columbia police say two arrests have been made in connection to a year-old homicide.
Thirty-year-old Seneca Bennett was found shot in the head in September 2007 in southeast Washington. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officials say on Friday they arrested 18-year-old Dale Ricardo Eccleston and 19-year-old Jerrell Anthony Haskel, both of southeast D.C. The two men face murder charges.
