(Sports Network) - Na Yeon Choi lost a seven-shot lead, then rallied to win the Samsung World Championship on Sunday, capturing her first LPGA Tour victory and earning a bump in the world rankings.
The talented young South Korean climbed five places to No. 12 in the latest rankings.
Ahead of her, the top 11 spots remained the same.
No. 1 Lorena Ochoa was again followed by Jiyai Shin, Suzann Pettersen, Yani Tseng, Cristie Kerr, Paula Creamer, Angela Stanford, Karrie Webb, In Kyung Kim, Ai Miyazato and Song-Hee Kim.
Anna Nordqvist moved up a spot to 13th, while Eun-Hee Ji (one spot), Helen Alfredsson (three), Catriona Matthew (one) and Lindsey Wright (one) all lost ground this week.
Shinobu Moromizato, Kristy McPherson and Michelle Wie rounded out the top 20 in the same positions.
