(Sports Network) - University of Michigan center David Molk has
a broken bone in his foot and will miss 4-to-6 weeks following surgery, the
school announced Monday.
Molk apparently suffered the injury during the first half of the Wolverines'
45-17 victory over Eastern Michigan but played through the pain.
David Moosman, who is recovering from a shoulder injury, will be the starter
for this Saturday's Big Ten opener against Indiana at the Big House. Rocko
Khoury will be slotted as Moosman's backup.
