Police Allegedly Attack Homeowner

Bass admits he yelled back and used profanity.
"The next thing I know, I'm getting kicked in the face." Bass said. Montgomery County police have not commented on the incident, since Bass has filed a formal complaint, but do confirm there was an encounter. "His face was in that dirt, (the police were) punching him," Rolando's Grandmother, Ida Bass said.
ABC 7 News has learned that Bass was arrested Tuesday evening on a warrant charging disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, failure to obey the lawful order of a police officer.

PeeGee: I did see his record and all his previous charges are for nothing more than things like arguing/disturbing the peace.
BTW, he was found innocent by a jury of all charges except disorderly conduct (his HOUSE was on FIRE!!!). Anyways, you can tell the cops fabricated their story by the fact that everything else (some serious charges) were dropped. I don't know about you, but charging someone with resisting/obstruction/failure to obey would insinuate there were clear intentions (and resistance) given at the scene. They were just racking b.s. charges on him to try to play the system.
