Terps' Steffy Questionable for Georgia Tech Game
posted 1:49 pm Thu October 04, 2007 - College Park, Md.
Maryland football coach Ralph Friedgen says he doesn't know if quarterback Jordan Steffy will start Saturday's game against Georgia Tech.
Friedgen said Wednesday Steffy would start, then later backtracked. Steffy still hasn't been cleared to play by the Terps' doctors, but he practiced Wednesday. Steffy suffered a slight concussion in an illegal helmet-to-helmet bash against Rutgers.
Backup Chris Turner led the Terps to victory and would start Saturday if Steffy can't.
