All I can say is, "there are a lot of bad eggs in the towing business." These drivers are exactly Class "A" citizens either. Some onwers are former convicts who reluctanly started their own business. Fortunately for them Towing is a lucrative business. Otherwise they would still be "carjacking" instead of "towing." This is just a form of criminal interprise that looks legal when done right. "Prosecute and Revoke his license."

i agree with bc2545. the business needs more regulation, just like the cab industry. The problem is that these sharks get to keep the money when they tow the cars. So they get greedy and charge alot or could care less about you double parking your car to run your newborn infant in the house in the dead of winter. I swear they sit around and wait for someone to slip up and park in the wrong place. I think towing is the worst ever thing to happen. it is bad business and no one likes it. you park in the wrong spot by accident and come back 10 minutes later and you have a 150 dollar bill to pay to get your automobile back. and dont be broke that day cause they will charge you more each day that vehicle is on the lot. And they wont let you get near that car until you have paid.. i mean it is behind a guarded fence. i tell you it is a dangerous business cause no one is happy beside the towing company. i had to call the police one time cause the cashier refused to give me my car. the police helped with the transaction and left after i got my car. it is nasty.. just nasty.. shut down youngins.. and what is a name like youngins anyway - for a towing company.. oh yeah,, thats good business.

it's not just youngin's it's all of them.. i have friends who tow and they talk about is how funny it is to tow people and watching them get upset.. knowing they are going to have to pay large amounts.. it's not just them it's majority of all of them..

"the revocation prevents Youngin's from operating a towing business or a towing storage facility"

Big deal. Mr. Gee can just open another business under another name.

Greeeeeeeeeeat! I also think anyone who towed or worked for this company should have the jailhouse fall down on them never to be heard of again. And let those who lost vehicles get new ones from what the company has in it's savings.

He isn't the only one...this is one industry that needs MORE regulation.

They should get a charge of grand larceny for each instance, these aren't simple slip-ups, they're deliberate thefts.
