Does the judges and politicians not realize that the illegals are taking jobs and income away from the U.S. BORN CITIZENS. Not only are they taking jobs and income but they are taking our Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid funding, Kids Health Insurance funding, food stamps and other government programs that were put in place TO HELP THE LOW INCOME FAMILIES. LEAVE THE CHECKS IN PLACE. IF A COMPANY HIRES SOMEONE WHO IS ILLEGAL THEY SHOULD PAY THE PRICE. They can tell if a green card and a social security card are legal or not. You don't have to be blind to tell that.

Here we go again. The judiciary is making up laws as it goes along. At last something is really wrong in this country that can't be blamed on Bush!

I guess the Court doesn't know that using someone elses Social Security number is Identy Theft. A criminal Offense!!!!

Yep... Another liberal Clinton appointed egg head. If I ever see one of the 100s of judges he appointed rule for the American people, I'll be surprised. I have yet to see a sensible pro American ruling by any of them. It's as if they were in danger of being assassinated if they did so. Since so many people, who were associated with the Clintons, had strange deaths, I can't blame them. Most of the active federal judges are Clinton or Carter stooges and another democrat president will probably make it close to 100 percent. Expect things to get much worse if that happens. When you see the ACLU is for something, you should know it is anti- American. The democrat party and the ACLU are bedroom buddies.

Yes it is time to fire some federal judges. It is bad when these judges side with the law breakers who are illegally here and are committing identity theft, which is illegal in this country as well. There was a report on 60 minutes of a woman in California who received a massive bill from the IRS demanding payment for back taxes. She refused to pay because someone had been using her SSN in Texas. She hadn't ever worked in Texas before in her life. She was arrested on re-entry into the US from an overseas flight for tax evasion. They ended up dropping the charges but she will never be able to be on Medicaid or use her Social Security Benefits.

I think it's time we fired some Federal Judges! These parasites are destroying this country's ability to do anything positive through their intervention in key cases. How do we do that?
