Fatal Crash Sparks House Fire

Prince George's County authorities say the teenage driver crashed into a Pepco utility pole around
Crews on scene pronounced the driver, Ryan Waters, dead and transported his 17-year-old male passenger to an area trauma center in serious condition but non-life threatening injuries.
Police believe speed was a factor.
While battling the blaze, firefighters rescued a pet cat. The cat showing no signs of life, was given oxygen and was revived.
Investigators estimate the damage caused by the fire at $60,000.
