I was a victim of this scam; I received a check for $5,055.00 on 9/9/2007. I deposited the check into my account at the PNC bank on South Capital Street SE Washington, DC. After the deposited I then withdrawal $200.00 that day October 2007. The first call to the bank to I ask them when the balance of the cash would clear; they told me it takes ten days. I then call again in reference to the funds, I talk with a representative who transferred me to anther representative who question me about the funds. She asks me did I know the person who mails me the check, I told her I didn?t know. I was told then that they were doing an investigation, and that?s was why the funds with on hold. Then I was sent letters in the mail telling me that the check was return to the bank that was located in Texas and I had to repay the $200 back and I was also charge tens days withdawaling the $200 and was find about thirty some day. I was charge a fee of six dollars for six day until I repaid the money. I told them I was going to report this to the news network. I felt so foolish because I was the fool at this time thinking I really win something, the only thing I could say is that I will never again allowing anyone else to fool me, I know that nothing is free, I had to learn the had way and pay the price for not fully investigating it myself not knowing, I pray that God will expose this scam.
