A man already serving prison time for a Baltimore rape has pleaded guilty in the rapes of six women in Baltimore County between 1978 and 1989.
Fifty-six-year-old Alphonso Hill pleaded guilty Monday and is scheduled to be sentenced to 60 years in prison in November. He was linked to the attacks by DNA and was charged last year.
Baltimore County police say they are investigating whether more than two dozen unsolved rapes can be linked to Hill.
The cases to which Hill pleaded guilty occurred in Loch Raven and the area around Goucher College in Towson.
Three of the women were attacked in their homes, including two who awoke to find a man on top of them in bed.
