Cutler went 18-for-28 with 141 yards while Matt Forte had 12 carries for 121 yards and a score for the Bears (3-1), who have won three straight after dropping the season opener against Green Bay. However, the game did not come without a downside for Chicago as its special teams squad took several injuries. Devin Hester (shoulder), Adrian Peterson (knee) and Johnny Knox all left the game with injuries for Chicago. Matthew Stafford went 24-for-36 with 296 yards, one touchdown and one interception while Kevin Smith had two scores for the Lions (1-3), who snapped their 19-game losing streak last week at home against Washington. Stafford left the game in the fourth quarter with a right knee injury as he twisted it during a play. Calvin Johnson had eight catches for 133 yards while Will Heller caught a touchdown pass for Detroit, which has lost 14 straight games on the road. Its last road win came on October 28, 2007, a 16-7 win at Chicago.

Final Score: Cincinnati 23, Cleveland 20 (OT)

Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - Shayne Graham kicked a 31-yard field goal with four seconds left in overtime, as the Cincinnati Bengals pulled out a 23-20 victory over Cleveland to keep the Browns winless. It looked as though the Bengals were headed for a tie in a second consecutive season, as they played to a 13-13 finish against Philadelphia last season. But Cincinnati (3-1) got the ball back with 3 1/2 minutes left in the extra period and marched downfield to set up Graham for the game-winner. Palmer completed 23- of-44 passes for 230 yards and two scores, both to Chad Ochocinco, including a game-tying touchdown with 1:55 left. Overtime was only needed after the Browns' Shaun Rogers blocked the extra-point attempt. Cincinnati, whose games this season have been decided by an average of 4.5 points, also got a 75-yard fumble return for a score from Robert Geathers. Derek Anderson threw for 269 yards and a touchdown on 26-of-48 efficiency for Cleveland, which dropped to 0-4 under new head coach Eric Mangini. Rookie wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi had the best game of his young career, as he caught eight passes for 148 yards. Jerome Harrison, filling in for an injured Jamal Lewis, ran for 121 yards on 29 carries in the loss.

Final Score: Houston 29, Oakland 6

Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Steve Slaton had a rushing touchdown and another receiving, as the Houston Texans used a number of big plays to dominate the Oakland Raiders, 29-6, at Reliant Stadium. Matt Schaub completed 11-of-22 passes for 224 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Andre Johnson led the receiving corps with two catches for 66 yards. JaMarcus Russell connected on just 12-of-33 passes for 128 yards for the Raiders (1-3), who lost 23-3 to Denver last weekend. Justin Fargas rushed for 24 yards on 10 carries. Final Score: Indianapolis 34, Seattle 17

Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Peyton Manning threw for 353 yards with a pair of touchdowns, leading the Indianapolis Colts to a 34-17 rout of the Seattle Seahawks at Lucas Oil Stadium. Donald Brown and Joseph Addai added rushing scores for the Colts (4-0), who have won their first four games for the fourth time in the past five years. Indianapolis scored on four drives of 78 yards or more and extended its regular-season winning streak to 13 games dating back to last year. Manning completed 31-of-41 passes with an interception and threw his 342nd career touchdown pass to tie Hall of Famer Fran Tarkenton for third on the all-time list. He now trails just Dan Marino (420) and Brett Favre (469). Seneca Wallace, again playing in place of the injured Matt Hasselbeck, threw for 257 yards with a touchdown on 33- of-45 passing for Seattle, which scored two late touchdowns to make the score respectable. He also fumbled twice and was sacked five times, once by Dwight Freeney, who played sparingly despite reports earlier this week that he would miss at least two games with a quad injury. T.J. Houshmandzadeh caught eight passes for 103 yards in defeat, as the Seahawks (1-3) lost their third straight game.

Final Score: Jacksonville 37, Tennessee 17

Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - David Garrard tossed three touchdowns, including a pair to Mike Sims-Walker, and finished with 323 passing yards on 27-of-37 attempts to lead Jacksonville to a surprisingly comfortable 37-17 victory over winless Tennessee. Sims-Walker finished with seven catches for 91 yards, and Marcedes Lewis caught four balls for 76 yards and a score for the Jaguars (2-2), who have won back-to-back games after dropping their first two tests this season. Maurice Jones-Drew added a touchdown on the ground for the victors. Kerry Collins ended with a respectable line but was inconsistent in a first half that saw Tennessee (0-4) outscored 27-3. Matt Cassel went 15-of-32 for 127 yards and a pair of scores for the Chiefs (0-4), who have lost 15 of their last 16 games and 27 of 29 contests dating back to 2007. Foxboro, MA (Sports Network) - Tom Brady threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score, as the New England Patriots held on to post a 27-21 win over Baltimore at Gillette Stadium. Brady finished with 258 yards through the air on 21-of-32 attempts for the Patriots (3-1), who have won two games in a row following a hard-fought loss to the New York Jets. After missing the Patriots' last two contests with a knee injury, Wes Welker had 48 yards on six receptions. Randy Moss made three grabs for 50 yards and a touchdown in the win. Joe Flacco completed 27-of-47 passes for 264 yards with two touchdowns and one interception for the Ravens (3-1), who were vying to start a season 4-0 for the first time since 2006. Jason Campbell was subpar under center, completing just 12- of-22 passes for 170 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions for the Redskins (web | news) (2-2), who put to rest the memory of a crippling loss to previously- winless Detroit last Sunday which ended the Lions' 19-game losing streak. Clinton Portis racked up 98 yards on 25 carries and Chris Cooley added five catches for 65 yards and a score. Starting for the ineffective Byron Leftwich, Josh Johnson was 13-of-22 for 106 yards, one score and a pick for the Buccaneers (0-4), who haven't opened a season with four straight losses since 2004. Chad Henne's first start in place of the injured Chad Pennington was solid, as he passed for 115 yards and a touchdown on 14-of-22 passes for the Dolphins (1-3), who avoided their second 0-4 start in three years by posting a season-high in points. Trent Edwards completed 14-of-26 passes for 192 yards and one score but was intercepted three times and sacked six times for the Bills (1-3), who have dropped two in a row. Final Score: New Orleans 24, NY Jets 10

New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - New Orleans' defense rattled rookie Mark Sanchez into four turnovers, two of which resulted in scores, in New Orleans' 24-10 win over the New York Jets in a bout between unbeaten clubs. Darren Sharper returned an interception 99 yards for a touchdown and Remi Ayodele recovered a Sanchez fumble in the end zone in the victory. Pierre Thomas rushed for 86 yards on 19 carries and his fourth-quarter touchdown cemented the Saints' win. New Orleans is off to its first 4-0 start since 1993, when they reeled off five straight wins to begin the season. The Saints' offense mustered only 10 points on Sunday, with Drew Brees, one of the league's best passers, held without a touchdown. However, the New Orleans defense picked up the slack, sacking Sanchez four times. Brees completed 20- of-32 passes for 190 yards, while Sanchez finished 14-of-27 passing for 138 yards, but was picked off three times as the Jets (3-1) failed to build on their amazing start to the season.

Kyle Boller got the starting nod behind center for St. Louis (0-4) due to Marc Bulger being unable to play (shoulder). The backup had a forgettable game, completing 13-of-24 passes for 108 yards and throwing an interception that Patrick Willis returned for a touchdown. Steven Jackson gained 79 yards on 23 carries for the Rams, who have scored just 24 points through their first four games and own the league's longest current losing streak at 14.

Antonio Gates caught nine balls for 124 yards and two TDs, but the Chargers failed in their bid for a monstrous comeback after falling behind 28-0 in the third quarter.
