(Sports Network) - The Oklahoma City Thunder exercised their fourth-year contract options on forwards Kevin Durant and Jeff Green on Friday.
Durant was selected by the Thunder with the second overall pick in the 2007 draft, while Green was acquired by Oklahoma City that year in a draft day trade with Boston.
The club also exercised their third-year options on guard Russell Westbrook and forward D.J. White. Both players joined the Thunder during the 2008 NBA Draft.
