D.C. police have arrested 18-year-old Jonathan Edmunds Sunday in connection with the carjacking and abduction of a woman in Southeast.
Prince George's County Police had released photographs captured from a surveillance camera of Edmunds Saturday and have also file charges against him.

Authorities say Edmunds and another armed suspect approached the victim while she was exiting her vehicle just before 9:00 a.m. Friday on Savannah Street and 13th Street, SE.
Investigators say one of the suspects sexually assaulted the woman while the other man drove to her home in Prince George's County. Once there, the victim was taken inside her home and both suspects sexually assaulted her.
Officers say the suspects then forced the victim back into her car and took her to a nearby ATM, making her withdraw money from her account. After withdrawing the cash, the suspects drove the victim to Mississippi Avenue near Southern Avenue where they released her and fled in her vehicle. The victim's vehicle was recovered in the 1300 block of Savannah Street, a short time later.
Police say the second suspect is about 5'6" and weighs about 150 pounds. He has a small bushy hair cut and dark complexion. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black North Face jacket and armed with a black handgun.
