ABC 7 News has exclusive video of Prince George's County police moving in to rescue a man accused of setting his Hillcrest Heights house on fire after a domestic dispute.
"It's terrible. It's terrible," said neighbor Summerfield Owens. "When I walked down the street, I saw it. I couldn't believe it." Officers were called to the brick home on the corner of Iverson Street and 23rd Parkway about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday night.

Investigators say 45-year-old Roxton Sinclair had fought with his wife. She fled the home. Police say Sinclair barricaded himself inside, doused the home with gasoline and set it on fire.
Firefighters were called to the scene, but stayed because because of safety concerns. Investigators didn't know if there were any weapons in the house so they called in a tactical team.
Just before two a.m., that team crept through the darkness to the back of the house. Investigators say team members located Sinclair at a window, pulled him to safety, and took him into custody. Officers say they then had to use a Taser gun to subdue Sinclair.
No one was seriously hurt in the fire.
Sinclar faces charges of first- and second-degree arson, and malicious burning and reckless endangerment.
Sinclair's wife's aunt says the entire ordeal has shaken the family.
"It was devastating, absolutely devastating," said Michelle Jones. "I know pretty much my family is shaken up about it."
