Fedup's post is wrong on the legal concept of standing. Illegals _do_ have standing to bring the suit because only they need to fear an abuse of the probable cause process for checking their status. Supporters of these as-yet unconvicted criminals do _not_ have standing because they will not be affected.

The aliens are already moving to sanctuary counties like the feel-good "inclusive" Arlington, so the next step is to make the leaders in these safe havens understand their duty to assist the federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration laws, just as the feds assist them. It is civically and politically irresponsible to do otherwise.

The judge didn't rule on the challenge itself, but rather simply said that those who brought it lacked standing. When/if others who do have standing bring forth a suit, we'll see what is said regarding the merits of the argument. This is essentially a technicality, not to be construed as support (or otherwise) of the PW County resolution.

WOW... A judge with brains and the "cojones" to say it like it is!!! WOW!!!!!

now we need a couple of raids to get rid of at least 1/3 of those illegals... once we get though on them, the rest will flee on their own!!!!!

If you are not an illegal criminal the new procedure in Prince William County will have NO impact on you.

I say it's way waaaay past time to get these illegals out of here. By any means I say.. BY ANY MEANS. I am sick of my tax dollars going to those who are just here to take and take and it reminds me of a home invasion where they are constantly getting away with their actions. The only reason they are here is to TAKE what they can grab.. like a thief in the night. Yep...
