McNabb was shaky in the first quarter, when he threw an interception, but rebounded to lead the Eagles (5-3) to their third straight win heading into an NFC East clash next Sunday against the division-leading Giants.
Tight end Brent Celek had a career day for Philadelphia, catching six passes for 131 yards -- both personal highs. Brian Westbrook ran 20 times for 61 yards and added six receptions for 35 yards in the win.

"I think the key for us today was to involve the tight end," McNabb said. "With us being 5-3, we are in a good position and can focus on who we play next, not on other people's record(s)."
Reggie Brown and guard Todd Herremans each caught a TD from McNabb, while David Akers kicked four field goals.
Seneca Wallace threw for 169 yards and a score on 13-of-29 passing for the Seahawks (2-6) in place of starter Matt Hasselbeck, who missed his fourth consecutive game with leg and back injuries.
"We just did not make the plays we needed to," Wallace said. "Last week we made plays, and this week we did not. We have to continue to do better."
Seattle, which also played without linebacker Lofa Tatupu and defensive end Patrick Kerney, has lost four of its past five. Koren Robinson had four catches for 105 yards and a TD in the Seahawks' loss.
The majority of Robinson's yardage, and all of Seattle's points, came on one play less than two minutes into the game. Wallace found Robinson on a deep pass, which the receiver took through the Philadelphia secondary to the end zone. The 90-yard score with 13:11 remaining in the first quarter gave Seattle a 7-0 lead.
McNabb, meanwhile, was not sharp in the opening stanza, missing his first seven passes. He managed to complete a short pass to Correll Buckhalter on the Eagles' fourth possession, but that series ended when McNabb's pass deep was intercepted by Deon Grant.
But Philadelphia rebounded in the second quarter with a pair of touchdowns to take the lead.
The Eagles started at their own 20-yard line just over four minutes into the stanza, and picked up 27 yards to the Seattle 44 when McNabb found Celek. After a 14-yard completion to DeSean Jackson brought the ball to the Seattle 22, McNabb went to Brown down the right sideline for a TD. The score tied the game with 6:33 left in the half, and after the Seahawks punted, the Eagles drove for another score.
Philadelphia drove 55 yards in 11 plays, picking up 26 on a McNabb pass to Kevin Curtis that got the team down to the one-yard line. McNabb capped the drive on a one-yard toss to Herremans, who was eligible on the play, for a 14-7 lead that the Eagles took into halftime.
The second half was all Philadelphia, as Seattle punted on six possessions, never gaining more than 39 yards on any drive.
Akers, meanwhile, kicked a 39-yarder about 3 1/2 minutes into the third, then booted through a 24-yard field goal with 1:26 left in the same stanza. He was successful on a 42-yard attempt with 9:27 remaining in the game, then added a 39-yard boot with 4:35 left to complete the scoring.
