WASHINGTON - Two D.C. men have pleaded not guilty to obstructing justice in connection with the 2006 death of a D.C. lawyer.

Joseph Price, 37, and Victor Zaborsky, 42, agreed to turn in their passports, undergo random drug testing and wear ankle monitoring bracelets in exchange for being released from jail. Both had turned themselves in to authorities earlier this week.
The two men and their roommate, Dylan Ward, 28, were charged with obstructing the investigation into the death of 32-year-old Robert Wone.

Wone was found dead after arranging to spend the night in the town house the three men shared. Police say he was drugged, sexually assaulted and fatally stabbed. A hearing for Price and Zaborsky is scheduled for Dec. 19. Ward is expected to be arraigned next week. No one has been charged with Wone's murder.
